Staying put is am ongoing project, realized in part thanks to a grant from the Maine Arts Commission, consisting of a floating dining set. This object is installed in various bodies of water and documented on location. It is then exhibited with large prints of the object in its element, alongside the actual sculpture. The chairs feature a blue field with a white cross, a variation on a nautical flag which means "My vessel is stopped and making no way in the water.

The body of images expands as the project progresses. The first iteration of Staying Put was presented at space gallery in the summer of 2014 as a solo exhibition. It featured the object installed in Rockland Harbor and on the St George River, both in Maine.
